Pricing & results
A flat monthly retainer, scoped to your company: your market, your team, and how much of the machine we build and run. You get your exact number in writing after the intro call, before you sign, and it does not change after. The tools are billed to you directly with no markup. No hourly billing, no per-meeting fees, no hidden add-ons.
We scope it to your revenue goal and what it takes to get there. The retainer covers mapping and tiering your market, the enrichment and sending infrastructure, the outreach, the dialer and call briefs, the CRM work, and a working session with you every week. One flat number, agreed before you sign. Two people who have carried a number, not juniors running a template. You own all of it at the end.
Four months is the minimum, and most builds run six. Month one is setup: accounts, data, lists, copy, and warming the sending domains. Real sending starts in month two, and a full quarter of data is the honest minimum to judge fit. That is what it takes for the system to learn to write in your voice. At the end you choose: keep us on a lighter retainer, take it in house, or build the next piece.
Setup is month one. Replies and conversations start when sending goes live in month two, and pipeline builds from there as the system learns your market. A full quarter is the honest minimum to judge it. Anyone promising booked meetings in week two is overstating.
You get a clear read every week: what went out, what landed, what is moving in the pipeline. The numbers live in your accounts where you can see them, and we walk through them together in the weekly session. No vanity metrics, no black box.
No honest operator guarantees replies or meetings. What we do commit to: your market mapped and tiered, your sending infrastructure warmed and live in month one, real sending in month two, and a working session with you every week. If month one does not ship what we agreed, we extend without billing until it does.
A few. Hire and train sales reps, which is slow, costly, and yours to manage. Learn the tooling and build the system in-house, which eats months of your team's time. Or hand the whole thing to a lead-gen agency, where you own nothing they build. We carry the technical lift, stand it up faster than a new hire ramps, and what gets built is yours.
Trust & quality
No. Your system takes the grind off your reps, the research, lists, data, and follow-up, so they spend their hours on calls, meetings, and closing. They get better targets and richer context, and they keep the judgment and the conversations. Same team, doing more of the work that actually brings in revenue.
You can, and some clients pair one with the system. But one person doing the research, the list-building, the writing, and the calling does each of them a fraction of the time, badly on the worst days, and takes everything they have learned with them when they leave. The system does the grind all day, keeps everything it learns, and your people spend their time actually selling.
No. We don't put an AI bot on the phone or have one pretend to be your rep. AI does the grind, the research, the lists, the first drafts, the data, and a real person reviews and owns every conversation. Nothing goes out without your sign-off, and when someone replies, a human picks it up. The best person on the phone is still a person.
Spam is generic volume with no context. Every message we send is about something real: the project they filed, the signal in their data, the language your buyers actually use. We learn your voice in onboarding, hold to best practice on every send, and nothing goes out without your sign-off. Your reps own the conversations.
A lead-gen agency rents you results from its own accounts; stop paying and everything stops. We build and run the system inside your business. Three differences: you own everything we build, the people doing the work have carried a number and run teams, and we are as at home in construction, logistics, and staffing as in SaaS.
Fair. Most of our clients were too. Three answers. One: your price is in writing before you sign, and it does not inflate after. Two: we build in your accounts, on your data, so if we disappeared tomorrow you keep everything. Three: it is the two of us doing the work, and we will show you a live system on the first call.
Yes, and that is the point. The people who sold you the work are the people who do the work. We have both carried the number and led revenue teams, and we are in every seat with you: strategy, build, and the weekly sessions. Everything we build is documented and lives in your accounts, so it survives any one person. Ask anyone else pitching you this who does the work after you sign. We will show you ours live.
No. We do not send from your primary domain. We stand up separate sending domains and mailboxes, warm them properly, and watch inbox placement so volume scales without burning anything. If deliverability slips, we catch it and fix it before it reaches your main domain.
You own all of it, from day one. We work inside your accounts, on your data, with your tools, so the lists, the playbooks, the infrastructure, and everything we learn about your buyers are yours, not rented and not locked behind our login.
How it works
We build it and run it alongside you, and we train your team as we go. Handling the live replies and the calls is usually your team's seat, since they know your customers best. If you do not have that seat covered, we can run it for you as an add-on.
A few hours up front so we learn your business properly. Then a short working session each week, and a yes or no before anything goes out the door. We run the rest. You stay in control without taking on a second job.
No, we work with what you already have. Nothing to rip out. We are not tied to any one tool, so we pick the best ones for your stack and the job, then plug them in around what you already run. Your CRM stays your hub, and we keep it clean, so only real, warm contacts land in it. Everything we build is yours.
We find them. We map your whole market, score the best-fit accounts, and reach the right people. What we need from you is the inside knowledge, who you sell to and why you win, and someone to take the meetings once they're booked. You bring the expertise and the close. We fill the top of the funnel.
What we do
We build and run the system that does your revenue grind: finding your best-fit buyers, reaching them by email and LinkedIn, prepping every call with briefs and a dialer, keeping your CRM clean, and helping you keep the customers you win. It runs on your own data and gets sharper the longer it runs. Three things set us apart: we have carried the number ourselves, we work in construction, logistics, and staffing as well as SaaS, and you own everything we build. Most clients start with outbound and grow into the rest.
We do not run paid ads, do brand identity work, or close deals for you; your team owns the live conversations and the close. We do build landing pages and help with your website when the revenue motion needs it, since the outreach and the page it lands on have to tell the same story. If you need something outside our lane, we will tell you up front and point you to someone good.
No. SaaS is core for us, and we also go where most shops in this space won't: construction, logistics, staffing, oil and gas, and other service-based businesses with long cycles and real relationships. We know how those buyers actually think, so your outreach sounds like your world, not the software jargon they tune out.
You're a strong fit if you already have buyers who want what you sell and someone to take the meetings once they're booked. You're a weaker fit if you're still figuring out who buys from you and why, or you just want a one-month quick fix. If outbound is meant to create demand you don't have yet, the timing is wrong, and we'll tell you that on the call.
